Warranty:

Terminology:
OEM System Builder: The supplier of the system.
Hardware: The parts or components fo the system.

Parts: The computer as a whole is covered by a One Year Warranty by the OEM System Builder. After the first year all parts are covered by the parts manufacturer warranty and any qualified system builder may replace them. For the first year parts may be returned to the system builder for replacement with same or better parts.

Labor: Labor for replacing any defective parts within the first 90 days shall be covered by the OEM System Builder free of charge.

Shipping and Handling: Return shipping will be paid by the addressor. Returns for repair will be covered at the owner’s expense.

Support: Support for the product will be supplied by the OEM System Builder.

Software: Support will be handled on a per call basis.

Hardware: Support for the hardware will be limited to the warranty guidelines as prescribed by the System Builder.

Pricing for Labor:

Phone Support: $25.00 per hour, per incident
On Site Support: $55.00 per hour
Returned Items after 90 day warranty repair: $25.00 per hour Maximum $175.00

30 day Satisfaction Guaranty: If item is returned within 30 days, all money will be refunded in whole. A written explanation telling why item did not meet satisfaction will be required for money to be refunded in full; if not a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Refunds might take an extra 4 weeks to be sent. Between 30 day and ninety day items may be returned minus shipping cost plus 20% restocking fee.

3 year warranty: Applies to special purchase only. All parts will be covered by OEM system builder for three years. All remaining restrictions will apply.

Data recovery or loss: None of the above warranty guidelines shall be construed to cover data recovery or loss. At the time of purchase data backup software and hardware may be paid for to help insure a minimum data loss in case of system failure. Any data recovery will have to be taken care of by the consumer.

Void: Any or all of this warranty shall be void if hardware has been tampered with, neglected or malicously harmed, or misused or affected by external events.

All products once ordered and paid for will be shipped within 2 weeks.
